The University of Economics (EU) in Bratislava is currently the largest university in the Slovak Republic that provides a comprehensive education in economic and managerial study programs at all levels of study. The EU in Bratislava is part of the European Higher Education Area and the Common European Research Area. Its mission is to provide quality higher education at all three levels of higher education, to develop knowledge based on free creative scientific research and thus to contribute to the development of a knowledge-based society in Slovakia and Europe.
